Sharjah has launched a new digital platform aimed at streamlining rental disputes through virtual hearings and enforceable rulings. This initiative, inaugurated by Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed Al Qasimi, marks a significant shift from traditional legal procedures to a fully digital system.

## Key Features and Impact

The platform, developed in collaboration with the "Aqari" platform, offers secure digital archiving and aims to enhance efficiency and transparency in the judicial process. In 2025, over 360,000 rental contracts were registered, and the Rental Disputes Centre resolved more than 15,000 cases, highlighting the system's effectiveness.

Judge Dr. Mohammed Obaid Al Kaabi emphasized that the platform aligns with the vision of Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi to modernize Sharjah's judicial system.
