## New Parking Rates Announced

Residents of Discovery Gardens in Dubai will benefit from reduced parking rates starting April 15, 2026. Dubai Holding Community Management has introduced revised subscription plans following feedback from residents.

## Subscription Options

The new monthly parking subscription is set at AED 672, down from AED 945. Quarterly rates are now AED 1,999, previously AED 2,625. A six-month subscription costs AED 3,999, while the annual rate is AED 4,999. All prices include VAT.

## Registration and Information

Residents are encouraged to choose the plan that best suits their needs and landlords are advised to inform tenants of the changes. Each residential unit receives one free parking permit, with additional vehicles requiring a paid subscription. Registration and activation of resident parking eligibility can be done via the PARKONIC+ app. For further details, residents can visit the Parkonic website or contact their helpline.
