The Dubai Healthcare City Authority (DHCA) has launched a series of financial relief measures to bolster the healthcare sector within Dubai Healthcare City. Announced on April 13, 2026, these initiatives are part of Dubai's broader strategy to support key economic sectors and ensure their resilience.

## Key Features of the Relief Package

The relief package includes waiving reinstatement fees and penalties for late renewal of commercial licenses renewed between April 1 and June 30, 2026. Businesses can also opt for instalment-based payment plans for renewal fees, with extended deadlines until September 30, 2026.

## Flexible Leasing Options

The DHCA has introduced more flexible leasing terms, allowing companies to defer payments or restructure them into instalments. Additionally, deferment charges and cheque return fees have been waived to alleviate financial burdens.
