Abu Dhabi Police have issued a warning to residents against organizing celebratory parades without official permission. The authorities stress the importance of adhering to legal requirements to ensure public safety and prevent potential risks to people and property.

## Traffic Violations and Penalties

The Traffic and Patrols Directorate highlighted the dangers associated with unauthorized gatherings, particularly on roads. Unsafe actions such as leaning out of vehicle windows or sunroofs are considered traffic violations. Driving in a manner that endangers lives can result in a fine of Dh2,000, 23 traffic points, and a 60-day vehicle impoundment.

## Legal Requirements for Parades

According to Article 94 of the Federal Traffic Law, participating in parades without a permit can lead to a Dh500 fine, 4 traffic points, and a 15-day impoundment for light vehicles. The police urge the community to report any violations, promoting awareness and social responsibility.
