## New Work Schedule for Ramadan

Government employees in Umm Al Quwain will experience a change in their work schedule during the holy month of Ramadan. The emirate's leadership has announced a four-day workweek for all government staff.

## Official Working Hours

Under the directive of His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Rashid Al Mu'alla, the Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Umm Al Quwain, a circular was issued detailing the new working hours. Employees will work from Monday to Thursday, with the weekend extending from Friday to Sunday.

The official working hours during Ramadan will be from 9am to 2:30pm for all local government entities. This adjustment aims to accommodate the needs of employees during the fasting month.
