Sharjah welcomes a new residential Community Built Around Everyday Wellbeing

## Introduction

Sharjah has embarked on an innovative residential project, Sukoon, which emphasizes daily well-being. Developed by Sanzen Developments, this community aims to integrate wellness into everyday life rather than just offering weekend retreats.

## Project Details

The Sukoon development will consist of 859 villas and townhouses, spread across four phases. The project reflects Sanzen's confidence in the UAE's real estate market, as evidenced by the immediate sell-out of Phase 1, which includes 241 units.

## Community Features

Sukoon, meaning "peace" in Arabic, will feature a central lagoon connecting the residential blocks. Residents will have access to gardens, wellness areas, and leisure amenities. Additional facilities include swimming pools, cycling tracks, children's play areas, and smart home technology.

## Construction and Completion

The construction contract for Phase 1 has been awarded to PTC Contracting, an Emirati firm with extensive experience. The project is strategically located near major highways, providing easy access to Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman. Completion is expected by the second quarter of 2029.
