## Comprehensive Coastal Destination

Beyond the women-only beach, the development includes a variety of amenities such as health and service facilities, food outlets, and tracks for walking, jogging, and cycling. There will also be children's play areas, fitness zones, and spaces for beach activities. The site is designed to be active both day and night.

## Focus on Sustainability

The project emphasizes climate resilience, with measures like raised beach levels and strengthened coastal protections. Over 500,000 cubic meters of sand have been used to stabilize the shoreline, aligning with Dubai's 2040 Urban Master Plan to expand public beaches and enhance accessibility.
