## Significant Growth in Brokerage Commissions
Dubai's real estate brokerage sector experienced remarkable growth in 2025, with commissions reaching Dh13.59 billion, a 31% increase from the previous year. This surge was driven by a 54% rise in broker-executed transactions, totaling 96,440, highlighting the sector's crucial role in enhancing market efficiency.
## Increased Participation of Women
Women brokers in Dubai saw a substantial increase in their involvement, with transactions rising by 49% to 28,909. Their commission earnings also grew by 83%, reaching Dh2.98 billion. By the end of 2025, 11,371 women were working in the sector, out of 32,294 registered brokers, reflecting the industry's commitment to diversity and professionalism.
## Expansion of Broker Base
The number of new real estate brokers increased by 38% to 13,083, indicating the sector's appeal as a career and investment opportunity. Additionally, the number of registered brokerage offices reached 9,785, ensuring a balance between growth and service quality.
## Initiatives to Empower Emirati Talent
The Dubai Land Department has been instrumental in promoting national talent through initiatives like the Dubai Real Estate Brokers Programme. This aims to increase the number of Emirati brokers and support their transition to establishing integrated brokerage companies. These efforts have led to a significant rise in Emirati brokers successfully managing high-value transactions.
