Footage shared on social media shows one of the rescuers, equipped with a helmet and safety gear, using ropes to reach the partially submerged vehicle. The young men acted swiftly, bringing the couple to safety from the floodwaters surrounding their car at Wadi Al Wasitah.

## Weather Warnings Across Saudi Arabia

The Saudi National Centre for Meteorology has issued warnings of moderate to heavy thunderstorms, which could lead to more flash floods in regions including Jazan, Asir, Al Baha, Mecca, Medina, Qassim, Riyadh, and the Eastern Province. The storms may also bring hail and strong winds, causing dust and sand storms.

## Sea and Wind Conditions

The weather forecast indicates changing conditions over the Red Sea and Arabian Gulf, with strong winds expected to reach speeds of over 50 km/h. Wave heights could exceed two meters during thunderstorms, making sea conditions rough in some areas.
