She passed away on November 4, following a heart aneurysm condition diagnosed after a medical emergency at her Los Angeles home on October 27. Her niece, Rhonda Scott, confirmed that Johnson died peacefully at Cedars-Sinai Hospital.

## From Pittsburgh to Stardom

Born Kim Marie Johnson in Pittsburgh, she was the youngest child of Edward and Caroline Johnson. She studied at California University of Pennsylvania before moving to New York City, where she worked as a flight attendant and was discovered as a model. Johnson was crowned Miss Pennsylvania USA in 1993 and competed in the Miss USA pageant.

## A Diverse Acting Career

Johnson's acting career began with a role on "Beverly Hills, 90210" in 1993. She appeared in several TV series and films, including "V.I.P.", "Legacy", and "The Summer of Massacre". Her last acting role was in a 2017 episode of "Tucker’s War".

## Entrepreneurial Ventures

After the birth of her son in 2003, Johnson took a break from acting but returned to the stage between 2007 and 2010. In 2011, she launched SkinGlow by Kimmarie, a skincare company she managed until her passing. Johnson is survived by her son, Cameron, who is 23.
