## Employment Regulations for Large Companies

## Assigning Alternative Work

Under Article 13 of the Cabinet Resolution No. (1) of 2022, employers can assign employees to tasks different from those in their contracts only under exceptional circumstances. Such situations may include preventing accidents or addressing damage caused by the employee. However, this reassignment is limited to a maximum of 90 days per year.
