The Ras Al Khaimah Police have clarified that recent loud sounds heard across the emirate were due to air defence operations. These sounds were linked to successful interceptions carried out by the UAE's defence systems.

Authorities have assured the public that the situation is under control and that all necessary measures are being taken to ensure safety. They emphasized the importance of relying on official sources for information and advised against spreading unverified news.

## Ministry of Defence Report

Earlier, the UAE Ministry of Defence reported intercepting 11 ballistic missiles and 123 drones. While one missile did land within UAE territory, it did not result in any casualties. Since the onset of what has been described as Iranian aggression, a total of 186 ballistic missiles have been launched towards the UAE, with 172 successfully destroyed.
