## Flight Operations Update
The UAE's General Civil Aviation Authority has announced a gradual resumption of flight operations at the country's airports following recent regional airspace closures. Passengers are advised to check their flight status online and only proceed to the airport if directly contacted by their airline.
## Emirates and flydubai
Dubai International and Dubai World Central airports have started limited operations. Emirates and flydubai are prioritizing passengers with earlier bookings, and those rebooked will be contacted by the airlines.
## Etihad Airways
At Abu Dhabi Airport, operations have partially resumed, but all scheduled flights remain suspended until 2:00 pm on March 4. Passengers should verify their flight status on Etihad's website and update their contact details. Rebooking and refund options are available for tickets issued before February 28, with travel dates up to March 7.
## Air Arabia
Sharjah International Airport will resume limited flights tonight. Air Arabia has suspended all flights to and from the UAE until 3:00 pm on March 4, with certain routes to Lebanon, Jordan, Syria, and Iraq suspended until March 5. Passengers will be contacted directly regarding any operational flights.
## Indian Airlines Relief Flights
Indian carriers are operating special flights to repatriate stranded passengers. IndiGo is running 10 flights from Jeddah to India, while SpiceJet is operating four flights from Fujairah to Delhi, Mumbai, and Kochi. Scheduled flights between Fujairah and Delhi/Mumbai will resume on March 4.
## Safety and Coordination
Authorities emphasize that all operations will adhere to safety standards. The government is working with airlines and regulatory bodies to ensure the safe restoration of services, including additional capacity for stranded passengers.
