## Delegation Visits Key Cities

A delegation from Abu Dhabi is visiting Shanghai, Shenzhen, and Beijing from September 21 to 30. The goal is to engage with Chinese government bodies, hospitals, universities, and tech companies to explore potential research partnerships and clinical cooperation.

## Focus Areas

The mission is centered on four key areas: AI and medical technology, precision cancer care, drug development, and healthcare regulation. A significant aim is to accelerate the transition of medical discoveries from research to patient care.

## Long-term Cooperation

Dr. Noura Khamis Al Ghaithi, Undersecretary of DoH, emphasized the visit's role in fostering long-term cooperation between the healthcare systems of China and Abu Dhabi. The collaboration seeks to leverage China's advancements in biotechnology and AI alongside Abu Dhabi's healthcare infrastructure.

## Future Health Summit

The Abu Dhabi Future Health Summit 2026, scheduled for October 20-22, will further these discussions. Chinese organizations are invited to participate, providing a platform to solidify partnerships initiated during the China visit.
