However, Hanuman Verma, a BJP leader and village resident, clarified that no formal resolution for a boycott had been passed. Verma stated that the community views every girl as a daughter and wishes to discourage marriages that go against family approval. Residents also expressed that families should not be blamed if couples choose to marry despite opposition.

A committee is expected to be formed to further examine the issue, and a survey will be conducted to gauge community support for the move. Aryanagar's sarpanch, Ratan Lal, has not commented on the matter, and the village panchayat has reportedly distanced itself from the decision.
