## Sheikh Ahmed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Passes Away

Sheikh Ahmed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, a prominent figure in Dubai, passed away at the age of 76. He was the younger brother of Dubai's Ruler and held significant positions, including Deputy Chairman of Dubai Police and Public Security, and Chairman of A.R.M. Holding and Dubai Real Estate Centre. He also chaired the UAE Pro League club Al Wasl FC and served as the second deputy ruler of Dubai.

## Mourning Period Announced

Following his passing, Dubai has declared a 10-day mourning period. During this time, flags will be flown at half-mast across the emirate.
