Investigators are examining the movements of the passenger, who arrived at the terminal 12 hours before her flight. They aim to determine who assisted her and whether any other airport personnel were involved.

BI Commissioner Joel Anthony M. Viado emphasized the importance of accountability, warning personnel against abuse of power. He stated that any wrongdoing would lead to dismissal and potential criminal charges. Both administrative and criminal investigations are ongoing, with outcomes dependent on the evidence gathered.
