## Development and Design

THE WADI is spearheaded by Cosmo Developments, a collaboration between Flag Holding Group and Reportage Group. The project is inspired by the natural landscapes of the UAE, focusing on the interaction between land, water, and life. A central valley serves as the focal point, surrounded by landscaped areas and pathways for pedestrians, cyclists, and runners.

## Location and Amenities

Situated along Yas Canal, THE WADI is a short drive from key locations such as Zayed International Airport and Ferrari World. The community will offer a yacht marina, parks, sports facilities, and leisure amenities, including tennis clubs, gyms, and children's areas. Restaurants and retail spaces will also be part of the development.

## Environmental and Design Features

The design incorporates native plants, water features, and climate-responsive elements like landscaped balconies. Residences will include modern conveniences such as fitted kitchens, tiled bathrooms, and central air conditioning. Some units will feature private balconies or terraces.
