## Emergency Alerts Issued and Lifted

Saudi Arabia's Civil Defense recently issued emergency alerts for Jazan Province, Abha City, and Khamis Mushait Governorate. These alerts were part of the National Early Warning Platform for Emergencies, which advised residents to remain calm and follow official guidance.

## Safety Measures Advised

During the alerts, residents were instructed to seek shelter in safe locations, preferably indoors and away from windows. Those outdoors were advised to find the nearest building or shelter behind a solid barrier. Drivers were told to pull over safely, avoiding bridges and high-rise buildings.

## Current Situation

The Civil Defense has now confirmed that the danger has passed in all three areas. However, residents are still encouraged to follow official instructions, avoid gatherings, and refrain from taking photographs.

For any emergencies, residents in Makkah, Madinah, Riyadh, and the Eastern Province should call 911, while those in other regions of Saudi Arabia should contact 998.
