## Aster's Strategic Investment in Dubai

Aster DM Healthcare has announced a significant investment in the International Modern Hospital (IMH) located in Al Mankhool, Dubai. This move is part of Aster's broader AED 1 billion investment strategy in the UAE over the next five years. The agreement, made with Al Tawfeeq for Development and Investment (ATDI), is pending regulatory approval.

## Enhancing Healthcare Capacity

The acquisition of IMH will add 116 beds and 39 outpatient clinics to Aster's existing network, increasing its total capacity in the UAE to 399 beds. Aster currently operates 10 hospitals, 112 clinics, and 310 pharmacies across the country. This expansion aims to enhance patient access to healthcare services and integrate IMH's capabilities with Aster's extensive network.

## Commitment to Long-term Value

Dr. Azad Moopen, Founder Chairman of Aster DM Healthcare, emphasized the importance of the UAE market for the group. He stated that the investment in IMH reflects Aster's confidence in the region and its commitment to delivering long-term value to the community. The partnership is expected to improve patient outcomes by leveraging Aster's digital health capabilities and expanding its clinical expertise.
