## Fleet Expansion and Upgrades

flydubai is set to expand its fleet to over 100 aircraft by 2026, with the addition of 11 new Boeing 737 MAX jets. This expansion is part of the airline's long-term modernization strategy, which includes replacing older planes and increasing capacity on high-demand routes.

## Business Class Enhancements

As part of a cabin upgrade initiative starting in September, 21 Boeing 737 MAX aircraft will be retrofitted with lie-flat Business Class seats, replacing the current recliner seats. This change aims to enhance passenger comfort and meet the growing demand for premium seating on key international routes.

## Increased Cabin Storage

The retrofit will also introduce larger overhead bins, known as Boeing Space Bins, across the MAX fleet. These bins can accommodate up to six standard-sized bags, compared to four in traditional bins, providing more storage space for passengers' cabin baggage.

## Commitment to Customer Experience

flydubai's CEO, Ghaith Al Ghaith, emphasized the airline's commitment to improving the onboard experience through continuous investment in both new and existing aircraft. The latest upgrades follow previous enhancements to the Next-Generation Boeing 737-800 fleet, which included new seating and inflight entertainment options.
