## Eligibility and Benefits

The subsidy applies to motorcycles, rickshaws, and other two- and three-wheelers, allowing up to 20 litres per month at the reduced rate. Small cars with engines up to 800cc can benefit from a 30-litre monthly quota. With petrol prices at Rs375.82 per litre, eligible users will pay Rs275.82 per litre within their quota, potentially saving Rs2,000 to Rs3,000 monthly.

## Implementation Timeline

The scheme will roll out in phases, starting in Islamabad on September 15 and extending to the rest of Pakistan by September 17. Registration for the program has already begun, with further details to be shared through a public awareness campaign.
