Mohammed Rafiqul Islam, a 53-year-old Bangladeshi expatriate living in Dubai, recently won Dh100,000 in the Big Ticket Series 290. Having lived away from his family for 17 years, his first thoughts upon winning were of them back in Bangladesh. Islam regularly participates in Big Ticket as part of a group, making this win particularly special.

## Sharing the Joy

The prize money will be divided among the group members. Islam is still contemplating how to use his share but has already bought another ticket, inspired by his recent success. He expressed gratitude to the Big Ticket team for the opportunity and plans to continue participating.

## Other Winners

Islam is one of five expatriates from Bangladesh and India who each won Dh100,000 in the consolation prizes of Series 290. Collectively, they received Dh500,000. The Big Ticket continues to offer significant opportunities, with a major draw scheduled for October.
