Starting Monday, September 14, the speed limit on a section of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Road (E311) in Abu Dhabi will be reduced from 120 km/h to 100 km/h. This change affects both directions of the road between Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Street and Al Khaleej Al Arabi Street.
## Traffic Updates and Safety Measures
Abu Dhabi Mobility has announced this adjustment as part of its ongoing traffic updates. Motorists are urged to adhere to the new speed limit and pay attention to road signs. Additionally, a temporary lane closure will occur on Sheikh Maktoum bin Rashid Street (E11), with two left lanes towards Al Shahama closed from midnight on Sunday, September 13, until 5 am on Monday, September 14.
