## Introduction to The Yard

Palm Jebel Ali is set to welcome its first retail and lifestyle hub, The Yard, in 2027. This development will introduce 26 new concepts, including retail, dining, wellness, and healthcare services, to the area.

## Features and Offerings

The Yard will cover approximately 70,000 square feet of leasable space, catering to around 20,000 residents in Palm Jebel Ali and nearby communities. Confirmed brands include Waitrose, American Hospital, and Jumeirah International Nursery, among others. The hub will feature open terraces and communal areas, with easy access to a waterfront promenade.

## Development and Expansion

McLaren Construction has been appointed as the main contractor for this project. The Yard is part of Dubai Retail's expansion strategy, which currently includes 57 malls and lifestyle destinations across Dubai. This initiative aligns with Dubai Holding Asset Management's focus on growth in key areas of the emirate.
