Apple has introduced its first foldable iPhone, the iPhone Duo, in the UAE. The device features a 7.6-inch inner display and is priced starting at Dh8,499. Pre-orders begin on October 16, with availability in stores from October 23.

## Design and Display

The iPhone Duo boasts a 5.4-inch outer display when closed, and a 7.6-inch inner display when opened, providing ample space for multitasking and entertainment. Both displays support ProMotion and have a peak brightness of 3,000 nits. The phone's hinge is crafted from over 100 components, and its body is made from grade 5 titanium, offering durability and scratch resistance.

## Software and Features

Running on iOS 27, the iPhone Duo supports Split View, allowing users to operate two apps simultaneously. The device also features a redesigned Dynamic Island and supports the Apple Pencil with USB-C, expected later this year.

## Camera System

The iPhone Duo is equipped with three 48MP cameras, including a Fusion Main camera and an Ultra Wide camera for diverse photography options. The device supports 4K video recording and offers features like Duo Preview and Smart Take for enhanced photo capturing.

## Battery and Performance

The phone houses dual batteries, providing up to 44 hours of video playback. It supports fast charging, reaching 50% in about 20 minutes with wired charging. Powered by the A20 Pro processor, the iPhone Duo offers improved performance and efficiency compared to previous models.
