The film, set during the 1947 Partition, features a conflict over a Lahore haveli involving characters played by Sunny Deol and Shabana Azmi. Despite its star-studded cast, the film received mixed reviews and has earned ₹38.80 crore domestically against a budget of ₹150 crore.
