## AI Integration in Real Estate

The Dubai Land Department (DLD) is advancing its use of artificial intelligence to enhance real estate services and operations. This initiative was highlighted during the International Property Show 2026, where DLD discussed its plans to integrate AI technologies to streamline processes such as data analysis and transaction processing.

## Educational Collaborations

In collaboration with the Higher Colleges of Technology (HCT) and the University of Dubai, DLD is developing educational programs to cultivate specialized talent for the real estate sector. The "Real Estate Sector Diploma," a 90-hour program over two years, will begin in autumn 2026. Additionally, the University of Dubai is creating a bachelor's program focusing on finance, investment, and real estate technologies.

## Practical AI Applications

DLD showcased its "Initial Registration" platform, which utilizes AI to efficiently process real estate transactions by reading documents and extracting necessary data. This platform exemplifies how AI can reduce repetitive tasks and improve service efficiency.

## Ongoing Participation

As a strategic partner of the International Property Show 2026, DLD continues to engage with industry professionals and showcase its initiatives at the Dubai World Trade Centre until September 9.
