## Key Conditions Met for AD Ports Offer
L'IMAD, a sovereign investor from Abu Dhabi, has successfully met all major conditions for its voluntary cash offer to acquire remaining shares in AD Ports Group. The settlement is anticipated to occur by October 9, 2026.
## Offer Details
The offer, made through L'IMAD's subsidiary ADQ, proposes a cash payment of Dh6.25 per share. Shareholders have until 3 pm on September 15, 2026, to accept the offer.
## Remaining Steps
The only pending requirements are routine notifications to the Capital Market Authority and the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange. Once completed, the payment and transfer of shares to ADQ will proceed.
## Background
L'IMAD initiated the tender offer on August 18, aiming to acquire up to 100% of AD Ports Group shares not already owned by ADQ. The company has confirmed that all conditions outlined in the offer document have been satisfied, paving the way for the final settlement.
