The police force has maintained a high level of digital service continuity, with public services achieving a 99.97% continuity rate. Systems supporting these services have reached a 99.92% continuity rate, reflecting the effectiveness of their technological advancements.

Lieutenant General Abdulla Khalifa Al Marri, Commander-in-Chief of Dubai Police, reviewed the AI transformation plan, which aims to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency. The plan includes developing systems to improve response times and service quality.
