Rain possible in eastern UAE as temperatures climb to 46°C

## Weather Update for UAE

The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) has predicted potential rainfall in the eastern regions of the UAE on Saturday. This is due to the development of convective clouds in the afternoon. Meanwhile, temperatures are expected to rise significantly across the country.

## Temperature and Wind Conditions

Internal areas could see temperatures soaring up to 46°C, while coastal and island regions may experience temperatures between 37°C and 42°C. Mountainous areas will have slightly cooler temperatures, ranging from 30°C to 39°C. Winds are forecasted to be light to moderate, predominantly from the southeast to northeast, with speeds of 10 to 25 km/h. However, wind speeds could increase to 40 km/h in internal and mountainous areas and 35 km/h along the coast.

## Humidity and Sea Conditions

Humidity levels are expected to rise overnight into Sunday morning, potentially causing mist in some coastal areas. The Arabian Gulf will experience slight to moderate sea conditions, while the Oman Sea is expected to remain slight.

## Outlook for the Coming Days

Sunday is likely to remain partly cloudy, with another chance of convective clouds forming in the eastern regions during the afternoon. Humidity is anticipated to increase again on Sunday night into Monday morning. The weather is expected to be fair to partly cloudy on Monday, with similar conditions continuing into Tuesday and Wednesday. Winds will shift directions early in the week, maintaining speeds between 10 and 25 km/h, occasionally reaching 35 km/h. The sea conditions are predicted to remain slight in both the Arabian Gulf and Oman Sea through the early part of next week.
