## Reporting Labour Violations
Workers in the UAE have the option to report 11 different types of labour violations to the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE). These include issues such as forced labour, sexual harassment, unpaid end-of-service benefits, and excessive overtime.
## How to File a Complaint
Complaints can be submitted through various channels provided by MOHRE, including their app, website, or by contacting the Labour Claims and Advisory Centre. This allows disputes between employers and domestic workers to be formally reviewed if an amicable settlement cannot be reached.
## Types of Violations
The ministry has outlined specific violations that can be reported. These include fake Emiratisation, human trafficking, non-compliance with Emiratisation requirements, breaches of heat-stress protection rules, and violations of labour accommodation standards. Other reportable issues are employing workers in breach of regulations, failing to adhere to occupational health and safety requirements, and not granting annual leave or its equivalent.
## Community Reporting Service
MOHRE encourages the public to use its community reporting service to highlight unlawful practices in workplaces. This initiative aims to enhance oversight and improve compliance in the labour market.
