## New Manufacturing Facility

JK Cement has officially launched its new subsidiary, JK DryChem Industries LLC, within the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ). This development marks a significant step in the company's expansion strategy in the Middle East.

## Strategic Vision

The facility was inaugurated by JK Cement Ltd. Managing Director Dr. Raghavpat Singhania and RAKEZ Group CEO Mr. Ramy Jallad. The project began in November 2025 when JK Cement UAE CEO Amit Kothari signed a 25-year lease with RAKEZ, attracted by the emirate's infrastructure and access to Saqr Port.

## Advanced Production

The plant, covering 5,000 square meters, will produce construction chemicals, waterproofing materials, cement additives, and more. Initially focusing on the UAE market, the facility plans to expand exports to the GCC, Africa, and Southeast Asia.

## Economic Impact

This initiative is expected to create around 50 new jobs and enhance local supply chain efficiency. It supports Ras Al Khaimah's industrial growth and aligns with RAKEZ's goal to attract diverse foreign investments, reinforcing the emirate's status as a regional industrial hub.
