Malayalam actress Nimisha Sajayan underwent a significant physical transformation for her role in the Hindi film "Babita Singh Reporting." She gained 14 kilograms to authentically portray Assistant Sub-Inspector Babita Singh, a character involved in a murder investigation.

## Weight Gain and Loss Journey

To prepare for the role, Sajayan increased her weight from 58kg to 72kg. This process involved a drastic change in her diet, with her daily calorie intake rising from 1,200 to 8,000 calories. After filming, she faced the challenge of losing the weight, which proved to be a difficult and emotional journey.

## Overcoming Challenges

The initial phase of her weight-loss journey was particularly tough, marked by sleep deprivation, mood swings, and exhaustion. Sajayan admitted to moments of doubt and frustration, even breaking down in front of her trainer, Ali Shifas, who played a crucial role in supporting her through the process.
