Spanish authorities have successfully apprehended a fugitive known as the "Master of Escapes" following his fourth prison break. The man, who had previously escaped from high-security prisons in Italy and Belgium, was captured in Tarragona, Spain.

## Daring Escapes Across Europe

His previous escapes included breaking out of prisons in Terni and Parma, Italy, and a Belgian facility where he reportedly used a human pyramid to scale the walls.

## Arrest and Resistance

Spanish police tracked the fugitive to a neighborhood in Tarragona, where he was living under a false identity. During the arrest, he resisted, and several individuals attempted to intervene, resulting in injuries to two officers. The fugitive was found with counterfeit identification and suspected fake currency.

## Legal Proceedings

Following his arrest, a judge ordered that he be held in provisional custody without bail. Extradition proceedings to Italy are underway, where he is wanted under a European arrest warrant.
