## Incident Overview
A seven-year-old Indian girl, Safa Mubarak, tragically died after falling from her family's third-floor apartment in Sharjah, UAE. The incident occurred while she was reportedly alone at home.
## Circumstances of the Accident
Safa, a Grade 2 student, was asleep when her father briefly went downstairs to the car. Her mother had already left for work. It is believed that Safa woke up, opened a sliding window, and accidentally fell.
## Family Background
Safa was the only child of her parents, who are originally from Kerala, India. The family had recently returned from a holiday in Kerala and Safa was looking forward to the new school term.
## Ongoing Investigation
Sharjah Police are investigating the incident. The family is working with authorities to complete legal procedures for Safa's burial in the UAE.
