## Hudayriyat Island Leads in Sales

In the first half of 2026, Hudayriyat Island emerged as the leader in Abu Dhabi's real estate market, achieving Dh19 billion in residential sales. This marks the second consecutive quarter that the island has topped the sales charts, according to the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Market Report by the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre (ADREC).

## Market Share and Competitors

Hudayriyat Island accounted for 27% of the emirate's total residential sales value during this period. Saadiyat Island followed with Dh13.3 billion in sales, while Al Reem Island and Al Maryah Island together reached Dh10.5 billion. Yas Island also contributed significantly with Dh7.3 billion in sales.

## Investment Zones and Residential Stock

Investment zones in Abu Dhabi held over 22% of the total residential stock, equating to approximately 72,000 units. Al Reem Island led with around 27,500 homes, followed by Al Raha, Yas Island, and Saadiyat Island. These figures underscore the ongoing expansion and demand in Abu Dhabi's residential property sector.
