The construction of the APM is scheduled for completion by December 2031, with the airport's full opening planned for the following year. ## Connectivity and Future Plans

In addition to the internal people mover, Dubai is progressing with plans for an Airport Express Line to link Al Maktoum International with Dubai International Airport and other key locations.
