Arabian Falcons launch UAE’s first Premier League standard pathway into professional football

## New Academy Launch

Arabian Falcons FC has unveiled a new football academy in Dubai, marking the first Premier League-standard pathway for young players in the UAE. This initiative aligns with the country's National Sports Strategy, aiming to elevate the sport's profile in the region.

## Integrated Structure

Unlike traditional academies, the Arabian Falcons Academy is directly integrated with the club's first team. This means that young players will train under the same standards and philosophy as the senior squad, which is currently competing in the UAE Second Division.

## Experienced Leadership

The academy is led by a team with significant professional experience. Key figures include manager Jonjo Shelvey, player-coach Danny Simpson, captain Ravel Morrison, and co-owner Jason Puncheon. Sporting Director Harry Agombar oversees the academy's development and coaching.

## Training and Competition

Starting from age six, players will train at the JA Sports Complex, with sessions running from Monday to Friday. The academy is divided into two age groups: U6-U11 and U12-U16. Additionally, academy teams will participate in the Youth Football League every Sunday.

## Opportunities for Advancement

The academy offers young players the chance to learn from coaches with Premier League and international experience. There are also opportunities for trials in the UK and exposure to USL League Two in the US, aiming to propel UAE talent onto the international stage.

## Official Launch

A Free Trial Week is scheduled from August 24-28, with the official launch on September 1. This initiative provides a structured pathway for young athletes aspiring to reach professional levels in football.
