Indian expat working in UAE typing centre wins $1m in Dubai Duty Free draw

## Indian Expat's Big Win

An Indian expatriate from Kerala, Premadasan Makkalikkal, has won $1 million in the Dubai Duty Free Millennium Millionaire draw. The draw took place at Concourse C of Dubai International Airport. Makkalikkal, who has lived in Dubai for 23 years, works at a typing center and shared the ticket cost with two family members and a friend. He has been participating in the draw since 2008.

## German Winner Also Celebrates

In the same draw, Manfred Schmidt from Germany also became a millionaire. Schmidt, who runs a travel agency, purchased his winning ticket online and has been involved in the promotion for six years. This marks him as the 13th German to win in this series.
