## New Initiatives for Financial Leadership
The UAE Ministry of Finance, in collaboration with the DIFC Academy, has introduced two new training programmes to cultivate future financial leaders and advisers. These initiatives aim to enhance skills in leadership, artificial intelligence, financial analysis, and strategic planning.
## Programme Details
The Certified Chief Finance Director Programme and the Certified Financial Consultant Programme are designed to equip participants with advanced knowledge and practical skills. The focus is on leveraging AI technologies for financial decision-making, including data analysis, report generation, and process automation.
## Flexible Learning Options
Training will be offered in various formats, including face-to-face, virtual, and hybrid models, allowing participants to integrate learning with their professional duties. The curriculum is structured around four core areas: leadership development, AI, financial analysis, and strategic planning.
## Long-Term Vision
This strategic partnership aims to advance the financial sector's leadership and advisory capabilities, aligning with the Ministry's vision for a more efficient and innovative public financial ecosystem. The DIFC Academy plans to educate over 50,000 learners annually by 2030.
