## Inspection Details

The inspection campaign took place within three nautical miles of the Dibba Al Fujairah coastline. Authorities discovered some traps near the boundaries of marine reserves, while others were found inside protected areas. During the operation, inspectors also found endangered fish species trapped, which were promptly released back into the sea.

## Ongoing Efforts

The confiscated traps have been handed over to the Dibba Al Fujairah Fishermen’s Association following approved procedures. The authority continues to conduct regular inspections to protect marine life and maintain fish stocks.
