## Expanding Green Spaces

Abu Dhabi has significantly boosted its green spaces by planting over 14 million seasonal flowers across the city and its mainland. This initiative is part of the municipality's efforts to enhance the urban landscape and improve residents' quality of life.

## New Park Developments

In addition to the floral displays, the municipality has completed four new neighborhood parks, known as "Fareej Parks," in areas including Al Falah, Al Samha, Al Rahba, and Al Bahia. These parks are equipped with multi-purpose sports courts, padel courts, children's play areas, fitness facilities, and seating areas, aiming to foster community connections and promote healthier lifestyles.

## Park Upgrades

The municipality has also undertaken several projects to upgrade existing public parks. Notable improvements include those at Al Bahia Park, where flooring and playground equipment have been renewed, modern lighting installed, and rubberized surfaces added to meet high-quality standards. These upgrades are designed to provide more integrated recreational and sporting facilities for visitors.

## Community and Lifestyle Benefits

These developments are funded by the Authority of Social Contribution – Ma’an and are intended to meet the recreational and sporting needs of various community segments. The projects aim to strengthen community ties and encourage active lifestyles among residents and visitors alike.
