## Significant Profit Increase

Amanat Holdings has reported a substantial 46% rise in its first-half profit, reaching Dh153.3 million. This impressive growth has prompted the company to declare an interim cash dividend of Dh75 million for its shareholders.

## Revenue and EBITDA Growth

The company's revenue for the first half of the year increased by 24% to Dh582.5 million, while EBITDA saw a 30% rise, reaching Dh226.4 million. The EBITDA margin also improved, climbing to 39% from the previous 37%.

## New Dividend Policy

Amanat has introduced a three-year dividend policy, aiming for annual cash distributions of at least 7% of its issued share capital. This policy is part of a broader strategy to invest Dh1.5 billion over the next three years to enhance its business operations and achieve long-term returns.

## Investment Plans

The company plans to invest in organic growth, new developments, and acquisitions. Recently, over Dh500 million has been allocated for acquisitions and expansion projects. Amanat has also completed the acquisition of the remaining shares in Cambridge Health Group, now fully owning the entity.

## Healthcare and Education Expansion

Cambridge Health Group, part of Amanat's portfolio, reported a 28% revenue increase and a significant rise in profit. The group's bed capacity has expanded, with further developments underway. Meanwhile, Almasar Education saw a 22% revenue increase, with student numbers rising by 21%. The company is exploring new opportunities in the K-12 education sector.
