## Russian Seaman and Dubai Businessman Win Big

In the latest Dubai Duty Free Millennium Millionaire draw, a Russian seaman and an American businessman residing in Dubai each won $1 million. The draw took place at Dubai International Airport's Concourse D.

Andrey Kravtsov, a 49-year-old seaman from Vladivostok, Russia, secured the prize with ticket number 2577, purchased online in July. Kravtsov, a father of three, has been participating in the draw annually for seven years and is now the fourth Russian to win the jackpot since the promotion began in 1999.

Brad Cantrell, a 41-year-old American who owns a design firm in Dubai, claimed the second $1 million prize with ticket number 2849, bought online in early August. Cantrell, who has lived in Dubai for a decade, plans to invest his winnings in property and his business.

## Repeat Winner from Beirut

The draw also celebrated Antoine Labaky, a Lebanese national from Beirut, who collected his second $1 million prize. Labaky first won in 2018 and is now one of only 12 people to win the jackpot twice. He has also previously won a luxury car in the Finest Surprise draw.

## Luxury Vehicle Winners

In the accompanying Finest Surprise draw, three participants won luxury vehicles. Brian Rooney, an Irish national living in Dubai, won a Land Rover Defender. Filipino engineer Ronald Ramos secured a Harley-Davidson motorbike, while Iranian housewife Elham Khalajzadeh won an Aprilia RSV4 motorbike. Each winner purchased their tickets online in July.
