The committee is chaired by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. Key members include the Director General of the Office of the Crown Prince of Dubai, who will act as Vice Chairman, and other prominent figures from Dubai's community and development sectors. The Director of Sheikh Mohammed's Office will serve as Secretary.
