## New Beachfront Unveiled

Wynn Al Marjan Island has completed a 550-metre beachfront in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, as part of its upcoming integrated resort. The resort, set to open in September 2027, will feature a private beach, lagoon, and an engineered reef.

## Resort Features

The beachfront is divided into three areas: Resort Beach, Adult Beach, and Enclave Beach. It will offer 372 chaise lounges, 61 cabanas, and three bungalows, one of which includes a plunge pool and butler service. The lagoon is designed for swimming, snorkelling, paddleboarding, and kayaking.

## Environmental Initiatives

An engineered reef has been installed offshore to foster marine life. Coral and marine species are already populating the area, enhancing the local ecosystem. The waters around Ras Al Khaimah are known for diverse marine life, including dolphins, turtles, and over 500 fish species.

## Project Details

The $5.7 billion project is a joint venture, with Wynn Resorts holding a 40% stake. The resort will include 1,530 rooms, 22 dining venues, a theatre, spa, and more. Despite regional geopolitical challenges, Wynn remains committed to the UAE, with construction progressing as planned.
