## Financial Performance
Tabreed has declared an interim dividend of 5 fils per share for the first half of 2026. This decision follows a significant 40% increase in net operating cash flow, reaching Dh632 million. The company's revenue for the period was Dh1.13 billion, a 2% rise from the previous year, while net profit stood at Dh192 million.
## Operational Growth
The company's connected cooling capacity grew by 15% to 1.58 million refrigeration tons by the end of June, driven by portfolio expansion and completed projects. Organic capacity also increased by 4,500 refrigeration tons. Cooling consumption volumes reached one billion refrigeration ton hours, attributed to milder weather conditions.
## Strategic Investments
Tabreed's recent strategic moves include acquiring Abu Dhabi's PAL Cooling and investing in organic growth projects. Despite higher financing costs due to refinancing and acquisition-related debt, the company maintained strong cash generation and improved its net debt to EBITDA ratio to 4.57 times.
## Future Outlook
Tabreed plans to focus on its core UAE market for the rest of 2026, with a healthy pipeline of potential projects. The company remains committed to sustainable growth and prudent capital allocation, aiming to deliver long-term value to stakeholders.
