Sharjah launches door-to-door vehicle inspection service for Ramadan

## New Vehicle Inspection Service

Sharjah has launched a door-to-door vehicle inspection service through Rafid Automotive Solutions, available during Ramadan 2026. This initiative allows residents to renew their vehicle inspections without visiting testing centers, enhancing convenience and safety.

## How It Works

Motorists can book the service via the RAFID mobile app. Once scheduled, a Rafid team collects the vehicle from the customer's location, takes it to Al Azra Inspection Centre for the necessary checks, and returns it upon completion. This service is designed to maintain high standards of quality and accuracy.

## Service Details

To use the service, customers must share their live location, confirm vehicle and ownership details, and book appointments at least a day in advance. Operating hours during Ramadan are from 9am to 3pm on weekdays and 8am to 12pm on Fridays.

## Cost and Contact

The service fee is Dh300, which includes vehicle collection, transportation, and inspection. For more information, customers can contact Rafid through their official channels or by calling 80092. Rafid Vehicle Solutions is part of Sharjah Asset Management, the investment arm of the Sharjah government.
