Watch: How Emirates turned A380, Boeing 777 parts into a giant Arsenal crest

## Emirates Celebrates 20-Year Partnership with Arsenal

Emirates has crafted a massive Arsenal crest using parts from Airbus A380 and Boeing 777 aircraft. This 2.4-meter sculpture was unveiled at the Emirates Stadium to commemorate two decades of collaboration between the airline and the football club, with their partnership now extended until 2033.

## The Creation Process

The project, completed in 34 days by Emirates Engineering in Dubai, involved transforming aircraft components into the iconic Arsenal symbol. The cannon at the center was made using an A380 landing gear hub, while the shield was constructed from Boeing 777 fuselage skin. Additional elements like cargo tracks and floor panels were repurposed to complete the design.

## Unveiling and Display

The crest was revealed by Emirates President Sir Tim Clark and Arsenal Chief Executive Richard Garlick before a match against Borussia Dortmund. It will be permanently displayed in the Emirates Stadium's hospitality area, symbolizing the enduring relationship between the airline and the football club.
